Frequently Asked Questions

Cancellations must be received 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival (4 PM), one night's charges may apply for failure to do so. Guests with multiple day stays who depart early from a confirmed reservation, without 24 hours notice, may be charged a $50.00 early departure fee.

Check-in time is 4:00 pm, and check-out time is 11:00 am.  There are additional fees for late checkouts. Minimum Check-in age is 21 years old.

Breakfast is available from 7am to 10am.

The indoor Pool, Spa, Sauna and Exercise room is available from 9am to 11pm. Please note the facility is reserved for Adults Only after 9pm.

Unfortunately we do not allow roasting of s'mores or cooking of any kind on our gas fire pits. We do however have a seasonal bbq grill available for our guests and our guests are welcome to take a s'mores kits/bonfire packages to the beach to enjoy.

Smoking is prohibited on property, including rooms, balconies or any of the common areas. Please use the designated smoking areas.

Massages are available to registered guests of The Coho Oceanfront Lodge. Please notify the Front Desk to arrange services 48 hours prior to arrival.

We do have select units available for smaller dogs that are within our pet policy guidelines.  We request all pet room inquiries be made direct to the hotel at 541-994-3684.

We have several high quality dining options within a short 5 minute drive from our location but only breakfast available on-site.

All rooms are accessible via elevators. Please contact the hotel directly to discuss any additional ADA or Accessibility needs you may have.

We have large jetted soaking tubs available in our upper floor Sunset Suites, and a Hot Tub in our indoor pool area.

We may be able to accommodate rooms with a shared entry, or side by side but we do not have any rooms with adjoining doors.
